Priorities

  1. Focus on top of the funnel items. For example, our conversation rates on X channel have fallen by 10%, Need to figure out core levers and then build action items. Collaborating with Analytics Lead on this.

  2. Hiring. We rolled out offers to 5 people last week on XYZ positions. All of them have accepted. Here is the joining roadmap and their 30-60-90 day roadmap. Focusing on product hiring from the backlog here (hyperlink the pipeline).

  3. Experiments

    List of experiments with hyper linked documents. Each experiment with a goal on how does it help our monthly/quarterly goal.

Blockers

  1. Hiring We need to onboard an external consultant to hire for this X position.Our pipeline is dry & need more top of the funnel. We should think through hiring remote from outside India market. Call is set with our talent manager to discuss this (already on your calendar) for wed.

  2. Financial/strategy approvals Need an approval for X items.
